 Over the years Stenovations has built a solid reputation by effectively responding to the needs of our customers, going the extra mile.  It's one of our core values and a priority that permeates everything we do.  It is this kind of responsiveness to our customers that sets Stenovations apart from our competition. 

 The goal of Stenovations is to constantly and consistently satisfy our customers’ needs while exceeding their expectations in the process.  And while we cannot satisfy every customer’s need or ideals, perhaps we can at least offer a reliable resource of support by working on something together until the answer is found.  To me, customer service is all about expanding the definition of what service really is.

 I have learned that every aspect of my company has an impact upon my customer.  Ultimately, in order to consistently exceed my customers’ expectations, I cannot focus upon just face-to-face customer contact.  In the world of email and phone support, improving customer service and customer satisfaction involves making a commitment to learning what our customers’ needs and wants are and developing action plans that implement customer-friendly processes. 

 I know that Stenovations’ customers are very motivated people.  How do I know this?  They take the time to find us; they show an interest in our products and services and inquire about them.  They research our website, spend time reading and investigating other CAT vendors, contact us by phone, email, trainings, seminars and, more importantly, have paid money for our products and services.  These customers had an alternative, but they took the time to give us an opportunity to shine, to go that extra mile just for them.

 For those of you we've worked with in the past, hopefully you've seen our responsiveness in action. For those of you we haven't yet had the pleasure of working with, we look forward to proving ourselves to you by going the extra mile on your behalf.

Welcome to the new Stenovations website!

Stenovations created a great deal of excitement at the mid-year convention in Vancouver by previewing its new steno writer. It was the "talk" of the convention, both during seminars and at social events.
